Toolkit for Hospitals on Exercising ERISA Rights for Fair Coverage and Reimbursement

The AHA engaged the law firm Zuckerman Spaeder to develop a toolkit to help hospitals and health systems understand their patients’ ERISA rights better so that those rights can be asserted as part of a broader effort to obtain fair coverage and reimbursement decisions.
