Recognizing the synergy of the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative with its strategic plans and the priorities of the Rush Center for Excellence in Aging (CEA), Rush University Health System (RUSH) leaders began implementing the 4Ms Framework to improve the lives of older adult patients, their families and caregivers and, in the process, RUSH employees.
