The aim of this tool kit is to help organizations review and consider changes to policies such as these to make sure that they are equitable for all employees and members, and for their community. The suggestions and checklists in this guide are designed to help foster discussions that will allow us to apply an anti-oppression analysis to our current policies and to the policies that we create in the future. The questions in the checklists are offered as a place to start, but please note that many other questions should arise throughout the discussion.
