The AHA will host its inaugural workforce conference, “Sustainable Health Care Delivery Through Strategic Workforce Development,” Oct. 25-26 in Chicago. Experts will discuss their successes and challenges on strategic workforce planning and development as identified in the AHA 2016 Committee on Performance Improvement report. In addition, the conference will offer opportunities to network and discuss issues with other senior health care leaders, as well as a platform for future collaborative efforts between the AHA and leaders across the country.
