University of Vermont Cancer Center Prioritizes Innovation and Community Outreach
The University of Vermont Cancer Center leads several innovative programs including basic research in cancer stem cells and cancer prevention, early detection and survivorship. The cancer center also prioritizes community outreach to raise awareness about cancer screening and prevention. This summer, UVM Cancer Center partnered with the Vermont Lake Monsters for community outreach at collegiate summer baseball games.
