Deadline to apply for AHA/AMGA fellowship extended to April 22

The AHA and AMGA are offering a new fellowship to help member hospitals and health systems with employed physicians create clinically integrated medical groups to manage population health and succeed in new payment models under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act. The Learning Fellowship will begin in July and conclude in October 2017. For more information, see the recent AHASTAT blog post. Applications will now be accepted through April 22.
