Senate, Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee Chair Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and Sen. Roger Marshall (R-Kan.) released an updated version of the Bipartisan Primary Care and Health Workforce Act, which the committee plans to markup Sept. 21. The bill would eliminate the use of facility fees for telehealth and evaluation and management services to fund community health centers and other health care workforce initiatives.
