Fall Preceptorship Session One

The recorded webinar aims to strengthen collaboration in health care by helping teams understand and leverage each other’s skills, compensate for gaps, solve problems together, and make decisions needed to formulate and carry out plans for quality patient care. Coaching tips on relationship building, conflict resolution styles, and emotional intelligence are also reviewed.

At the conclusion of this webinar, attendees will learn how to:

  • Identify coaching skills for applying infection prevention and control strategies.
  • Define strategies to enhance a team approach in the clinical setting.
  • Verbalize the goal of IPC in practice from the greater goal of the healthcare organization.

Obtaining Continuing Education Credits

This course is intended for nurses, and other health care professionals with appropriate CE credit offered for each profession.

All participants must achieve a final assessment score of at least seventy percent (70%) for continuing education credits.
