MEMBERS-ONLY WEBINAR
PAC Workforce Strategies: Improving Intergenerational Communication

Held November 29, 2017

Miscommunication or a lack of communication between generations can negatively affect productivity and employee morale. Each generation offers something valuable and different and the challenge for organizations and individuals is to take advantage of the varied strengths of different generations and find ways to help them connect, while diminishing the points of friction Derrick Jones, chair-elect, section council and CEO, Lovelace Rehabilitation Hospital, Albuquerque, NM and members of his staff team have addressed some of these challenge through several unique opportunities for cross generational discussions, among them a new hire portal, an interactive site that received very positive feedback from many of his staff and a new approach to assessing employee satisfaction.

The AHA and its Section for Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation invites you to join your colleagues on a webinar as they share their experiences in expanding interactive discussions and in the development of action plans across the organization to improve intergenerational communication.
