The Health Care Payment Learning and Action Network, a forum initiated by Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell last March to advance health care payment models that promote quality and value, invites health care providers and others to submit ideas through Friday for panel sessions at its Spring Summit. The Network is particularly interested in proposals that highlight alternative payment models that include gainsharing and risk; population-based payments; and rewards/penalties for quality performance.
