The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program is offering a limited number of seats in its 2016 examiner preparation course. Participants in the interactive course learn the same methods and techniques used by Baldrige examiners and network directly with the examiners and Baldrige staff throughout the training week, without having to serve as an examiner. Three training sessions are being offered at the Baldrige program's headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD: April 26-29, May 3-6 and May 10-13. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. For registration information, visit the Baldrige website. Applications are due by April 1. AHA members should indicate such on the cover letter submitted with their application package. AHA is the lead sponsor of the Baldrige health care criteria.
