AHA releases webinar on population health management
AHA’s Center for Healthcare Governance has released a free two-part webinar on understanding Population Health Management. Presenters from Kaufman Hall define population health management for health care boards and executives, and describe its rationale and purpose. They also explore a new leadership mindset for PHM related to organizational scale, volume of covered or influenced lives, and partnership opportunities.
