Scripps, Stanford, Harvard medical teams assisting in Nepal earthquake relief
Medical response teams from Scripps Health, Stanford Medicine and Harvard-affiliated hospitals are among the health care providers assisting in the earthquake relief efforts in Nepal. The 7.8-magnitude earthquake struck the Himalayan nation April 25, followed by multiple aftershocks and an avalanche on Mount Everest, killing more than 6,000 people.
