This webinar discusses the role telehealth has played in transforming health care delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic with emphasis on different sites of care: (1) stay-at-home outpatient care, (2) initial Covid-19 surge and acute care impact, and (3) post-pandemic recovery. Each of these three sites of care is discussed with special emphasis on how people, processes, regulation and technology work together to support a successful telehealth transformation, which could potentially improve access, quality and costs.
