CDI Prevention Collaborative
 

The CDI Prevention Collaborative is a 12-month program funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and guided by the American Hospital Association (AHA), for invited hospitals identified based on Clostridioides difficile infections (CDI) data reported to the National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) between July 2019 and June 2020. Each invited hospital will be asked to register one unit (two units maximum per hospital) to participate in the program. Please complete one registration form per unit.
