Who is it for?

All members of the community.

Why do they do it?

The Apple Trample is a long-standing tradition, part of a larger community event that celebrates the history and heritage of the area. The training program provided participants the opportunity to get in shape, gain cardiovascular endurance, improve running or walking form and/or improve their time so they would be ready for the Annual Apple Trample 5K.

Impact

In the 2015 Apple Trample 5K, 464 runners and 171 walkers participated.
