Each year, the AHA-McKesson Quest for Quality Prize honors hospitals and health systems that have systematically committed to achieving the Institute of Medicine's six quality aims—safety, patient-centeredness, effectiveness, efficiency, timeliness and equity. This is the first in a pair of webinars discussing the innovative strategies and initiatives of our 2013 Quest for Quality Prize recipients.
