CMS Issues Final Hospital Co-Location Guidance

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Nov. 12 issued revised final guidance for hospitals interested in co-locating with other hospitals or health care facilities. The guidance is effective as of Nov. 12. Under the guidance, all hospitals will have increased flexibility when entering into co-location partnerships.
