President Trump this week nominated to serve as Deputy Secretary of Health and Human Services Eric Hargan, an attorney and shareholder in the health care practice at Greenberg Traurig in Chicago. Hargan served on Trump’s transition team and as HHS deputy general counsel, principal associate deputy secretary and acting deputy secretary under President George W. Bush.
