New catalog on environmental services competency available
The AHA along with the Association for the Health Care Environment recently released the Environmental Services Competency Resource Search Catalog, which provides EVS professionals with resources needed to build or enhance their skills and advance their careers while working to reduce the spread of infection in health care settings. The catalog, developed in collaboration with Project Firstline and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, also includes information sources linked to each of AHE’s core competencies for health care EVS professionals.
