House committee holds hearing on administration’s position in ACA case
The House Committee on Oversight and Reform today held a hearing on the Trump administration’s position that the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals should affirm a district court decision that struck down the entire Affordable Care Act. The appeals court yesterday heard oral arguments in the case. Witnesses at today’s hearing included health policy advocates, experts and patients.
