The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration and the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment in partnership with the National Latino Behavioral Health Association will host a free, four-part webcast in Spanish to examine best practices for behavioral health treatment and recovery in Latino communities. The series will explore trauma-informed best practices specific to Latino populations; how Latino communities are coping with the opioid crisis; substance use disorder prevention and treatment; and recovery and peer engagement. The first two, one-hour long livestreams will take place April 16 at noon and 4 p.m. MDT. The second set will occur May 7 at noon and 4 p.m. MDT.
