Robert Rose, chief nurse executive, central market, for Atrium Health in Charlotte, N.C., will serve as 2023 chair of the AHA Committee on Clinical Leadership. Brooke Buckley, M.D., chief medical officer for Henry Ford Wyandotte (Mich.) Hospital is chair-elect. New to the committee for 2023 are: Richard Bottner, vice president of clinical excellence for the Colorado Hospital Association; Hoyt Burdick, M.D., chief medical officer for Mountain Health Network in Huntington, W.Va.; Loretta Christensen, M.D., chief medical officer for the Indian Health Service; Steven Diaz, M.D., chief medical officer for MaineGeneral Health in Augusta, Maine; Mary Peterson, M.D., executive vice president and chief operating officer at Driscoll Health System, Corpus Christi, Texas; and James Porter, M.D., president of Deaconess Health System, Evansville, Ind. 
 
The Committee on Clinical Leadership serves as a clinical resource on policy issues and guides the ongoing work of the AHA Physician Alliance.
