The Institute for Diversity and Health Equity and AHA Community Health Improvement are accepting content proposals for the annual Accelerating Health Equity Conference, which will be held May 16-18, 2023, in Minneapolis. IFDHE and ACHI are seeking proposals from potential speakers on emerging topics, including: 

  • Building authentic and sustained community engagement and partnership  
  • Understanding and meeting individuals' health and social needs  
  • Establishing systematic and shared accountability and building diverse leadership and governance
  • Creating equitable and inclusive workplaces 

Front-line leaders from hospitals, health systems, public health and community-based organizations are encouraged to submit proposals. The submission deadline for proposals is Sept. 25, 2022, at 11:59 CT.
