The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services yesterday awarded $49 million in grants to help 36 organizations enroll eligible children in Medicaid and Children’s Health Insurance Program coverage. The recipients will participate in the Connecting Kids to Coverage National Campaign and other initiatives focused on retaining children in Medicaid and CHIP.
