Hospitals and health systems are invited to join the 2022 Hospital Community Collaborative cohort, a six-month learning sprint focused on behavioral health from the AHA Center for Health Innovation. The collaborative will offer tools, resources and support to health care providers and community partners as they address community-level behavioral health and well-being. The deadline to apply is May 25; please email hcc@aha.org if your team needs more time to complete the application.
