In this podcast, funded in part by a cooperative agreement with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Libby Hoy, founder and CEO of California-based Patient Family Centered Care Partners, and Connie Montgomery, a member of the patient family advisory council at the Medical University of South Carolina, discuss their experiences engaging with and advocating for patients and families.
