Two 60-second radio news releases featuring local and clinical health care leaders discussing the importance of getting vaccinated began airing today in Arkansas and Nebraska. The Arkansas spot features Michael Stewart, CEO of Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton, and the Nebraska spot features Marty Fattig, CEO of Nemaha County Hospital in Auburn. Additional spots will begin running in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina and Tennessee starting next week. Listen to the latest news releases here. These target rural areas in states with lower vaccine uptake and are part of AHA’s continued efforts to promote clinician and public confidence in COVID-19 vaccines.
