Apply to participate in AHRQ initiative to improve cardiac patient outcomes

The AHA is accepting applications from hospitals to participate in an Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality cardiac rehabilitation initiative to improve cardiac patient outcomes. Beginning in January, participating hospitals will receive training on a proven way to increase cardiac rehabilitation among eligible patients; individualized coaching and technical assistance; access to a 12-month virtual education program; strategic insights from leading cardiac rehabilitation experts; and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
