The American Organization of Nurse Executives will recognize several members with 2018 awards during its annual meeting this week in Indianapolis. The honorees are: Mercy Medical Center – AONE Prism Diversity Award; Brandon “Kit” Bredimus, RN, director of emergency services at Midland (TX) Memorial Hospital – Pamela Austin Thompson Early Careerist Award; and Iowa Organization of Nurse Leaders – AONE Affiliate Achievement Award. AONE, an AHA subsidiary, is the national professional organization for nurses who design, facilitate and manage care.
