The AHA’s American Society for Healthcare Engineering today announced the recipients of the 2018 Vista Awards, which will be presented to three hospital teams for new construction, renovation and infrastructure projects that exemplify collaboration in creating optimal health care environments. The winners are Mercy Hospital Joplin (MO); Shawnee Mission Medical Center in Merriam, KS; and Nebraska Medicine in Omaha. The awards will be presented at the 2018 International Summit & Technical Exhibition on Health Care Planning, Design & Construction in Nashville, March 25-28.
