The AHA will honor this year’s Most Wired hospitals during a Twitter chat July 28 during the AHA Leadership Summit in San Diego. The chat will feature the award winners and explore how health information technology is helping to improve patient care and population health in communities across the country. Hospitals, health systems, patients and others are encouraged to join the chat to learn more and share their experiences with health technology. To join the Twitter chat at 12:30 p.m. PT, use the #MostWired hashtag or follow the conversation @AHAhospitals and @AHAHealthForum.
