The AHA’s American Society for Healthcare Engineering will present its 2017 Crystal Eagle award to Rajendra "Raj" Shah, corporate project and plant manager at Bayonne (NJ) Medical Center, during its 54th Annual Conference and Technical Exhibition Aug. 6-9 in Indianapolis. The award recognizes lifetime achievement and contributions to ASHE and the field of health care facility management. Among other honorees, ASHE will present its President’s Award for excellence in optimizing the health care physical environment to York Chan, facilities administrator for Advocate Health Care in Illinois. ASHE is an AHA personal membership group.
