Rachelle Schultz, president and CEO of Winona Health in Winona, MN, will lead the AHA's Constituency Section for Small or Rural Hospitals in 2017. Schultz will chair the section's 19-person governing council, which represents small or rural hospitals in the AHA's policy process and member services initiatives. Joan Coffman, president and CEO of St. Joseph’s Hospital in Chippewa Falls, WI, will serve as council chair-elect and become chair in 2018.
