Health systems named to 50 'best' list of workplaces for diversity, inclusion
Carolinas HealthCare System, Charlotte, NC, tops the 2016 list of 50 “Best Places for Women and Diverse Managers to Work” published by Diversity MBA magazine. Also named to the list are: Advocate Health Care, Downers Grove, IL; Greenville (SC) Health System; and WellStar Health System, Marietta, GA. Participating organizations are scored on representation, board diversity, workplace inclusion, retention, succession planning and accountability based on the magazine’s survey and secondary research.
