CDC webinar Tuesday on outpatient antibiotic prescribing
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention will host a June 28 webinar on setting goals for antibiotic prescribing in outpatient settings. Katherine Fleming-Dutra, M.D., medical epidemiologist with CDC’s Office of Antibiotic Stewardship, will review a recent study on outpatient antibiotic prescribing and what the agency is doing to promote antibiotic stewardship across health care settings.
