The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services will hold two webinars and a national provider call on its recently released proposed rule implementing key provisions of the new physician payment system required by the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015. The first webinar, Tuesday, May 3 at 12 p.m. ET, will provide an overview of the proposed rule’s quality payment programs overall, while the second, Wednesday, May 4 at 12 p.m. ET, will focus on the new Merit-Based Incentive Payment System specifically. The national provider call, Tuesday, May 10 at 2 p.m. ET, will similarly provide an overview of the rule.
