Hospitals will not be able to submit fourth-quarter 2015 data to the hospital inpatient and outpatient quality reporting programs through March 21 because the Health Care Quality Information System is down for extended maintenance, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services announced yesterday. An updated version of the Hospital Quality Reporting applications will be available at www.qualitynet.org when the system resumes operation. For more information or assistance, contact the QualityNet Help Desk at qnetsupport@hcqis.org.
