The Department of Veterans Affairs has established a call center to help resolve billing and payment issues in the Veterans Choice Program, the department announced today. Veterans and care providers experiencing problems can call the center at 877-881-7618 for assistance. “As a result of the Veterans Choice Program, community providers have seen thousands of veterans,” said VA Under Secretary for Health David Shulkin, M.D. “We continue to work to make the program more veteran-friendly. There should be no bureaucratic burden that stands in the way of veterans getting care.”
