The Office of Management and Budget will accept comments through March 28 on proposed revisions to the template, glossary and other materials that health plans use to provide a summary of benefits and cost-sharing requirements to applicants and enrollees, the departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the Treasury announced Friday. The Affordable Care Act requires all health plans to use the same format and glossary for the Summary of Benefits and Coverage to help consumers compare plans when shopping for coverage.
