The AHA's Society for Healthcare Strategy & Market Development last week presented 2015 Awards for Individual Professional Excellence to Kriss Barlow, principal at health care consulting firm Barlow/McCarthy, and Sue Jablonski, communications executive at OhioHealth. The AHA personal membership group for health care professionals in planning, marketing, public relations, communications, and physician relations also honored four young strategy professionals with 2015 Rising Star Awards: Kelly Dearman, corporate planning administrator for WellSpan Health in York, PA; Erinne Kovi Dyer, vice president of corporate communications for Carolinas Health System in Charlotte, NC; Brittany Graffagnini, marketing director for Ochsner Health System in New Orleans; and Nicole Kleinpeter, vice president of marketing and communications for Baton Rouge (LA) General. The awards were presented at the society's annual conference in Washington, DC.
