The Health Information Trust Alliance (HITRUST) will host a Nov. 3 webinar for health care organizations on the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s framework for reducing cybersecurity risks to critical infrastructure, including the health care sector. Presenters from the Department of Health and Human Services, NIST, HITRUST, Deloitte and Seattle Children’s Hospital will review and answer questions about the framework; updated implementation guidance for the health care sector; and plans to release more comprehensive guidance in early 2016.
