United Against the Flu has launched an online resource to help hospitals and others promote flu vaccination. Organized by AHA, the campaign is a collaborative effort by several national health care organizations to amplify the importance of getting vaccinated, especially during flu season. “We encourage you to visit the website and engage with us and the other health care organizations via Facebook, Twitter and other social platforms to show why you join us as we are all United Against the Flu,” writes John Combes, M.D., AHA senior vice president and chief medical officer, in today’s AHASTAT blog post.
