The Baldrige Foundation is now accepting applications for its 2016 Baldrige Executive Fellows Program. Designed for senior leaders, the program is a one-year, leadership development experience designed to facilitate dialogue on all aspects of leadership and how it relates to a visionary focus, strategy, operational intelligence, engagement, and sustainability. Those selected learn about the Baldrige Excellence Framework, the impact of systems thinking on organizations, and how successful organizations have used the Baldrige framework and its criteria to achieve their goals. Application packages will be accepted through Dec. 15. Applicants who are AHA members should indicate that on the cover letter submitted with their application package. AHA is the lead sponsor of the Baldrige health care criteria. For more information, contact Gene O’Dell, AHA’s vice president of strategic planning and performance excellence, at godell@aha.org.
