For example, the document addresses whether the marketing regulations prohibit a carrier that offers both a qualified health plan and a Medicaid managed care plan from marketing both products, and whether Medicaid managed care plans may conduct outreach to their enrollees regarding the Medicaid eligibility renewal process, among other questions.
