       PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on April 5, 2021 at 9:00 A.M. or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, the undersigned, counsel for American Hospital Association, 340B Health, America’s Essential Hospitals, Association of American Medical Colleges, National Association of Children’s Hospitals d/b/a Children’s Hospital Association, and American Society of Health- System Pharmacists (collectively the Proposed Intervenors), shall move before the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson, U.S.D.J. at the Clarkson S. Fisher Building & U.S. Courthouse, 402 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey 08608 to Intervene as Defendants in this lawsuit pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(a) or in the alternative pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 24(b).
