Research has demonstrated the positive therapeutic gain and improvement in quality of life of those engaged in supportive employment programs. A-Visions is an innovative hospital based supported employment program, developed by the Scripps Behavioral Health adult psychiatric service line in 2002 in collaboration with the Mental Health Association.
