The different types of PSOs will be described and we’ll share what the recent hospital survey performed by the OIG revealed.

Attendees will receive a short introduction to key terms, such as Patient Safety Event System (PSES) and Patient Safety Work Products (PSWPs) and hear specific examples where the PSO was valuable to an organization.

Finally, we’ll share the recent challenges that have occurred in different state courts and remedies available.
