Catholic Medical Center - Medication Assistance Program

The Medication Assistance Program helps uninsured and underinsured patients obtain long-term prescription medication through pharmaceutical companies. Catholic Medical Center staff assist patients in determining eligibility, as well as completing and submitting the necessary paperwork for consideration. Patient eligibility criteria in general includes: U.S. residency, a household income of less than 200 to 400 percent of the federal poverty level (varies across pharmaceutical companies) and a lack of qualification for any other prescription coverage.
