Students are identified through The Bridge of Northeast Florida, a community-based agency that empowers children and teens by helping them grow, develop and connect to community resources. Mentors are employees from the collaborating organizations, which include Baptist Health, UF Health Jacksonville and Jacksonville Electric Authority.
